Founding 1,000 promotion terms

Confirm your email before early access opens and you get 25% off your first three months. If 1,000 members confirm before early access opens, every member of the cohort gets 50% for those three months instead — including the people who joined first.

1. The promoter

2. The offer

• Base tier — 25%. Every verified member of the Founding 1,000 receives 25% off the first three consecutive months of a paid BurnCal AI subscription started during the early-access window.
• Upgraded tier — 50%. If 1,000 or more members are verified before the deadline in clause 4, the discount for the whole cohort becomes 50% off the same three months. The upgrade is retroactive across the cohort: no one is worse off for joining early.
• The discount applies to the subscription price only, before any tax, and applies to three billing periods — after which the standard price applies.

3. Who is eligible

• You must submit your email address on this site and confirm it via the link sent to that address.
• Only confirmed addresses count. An unconfirmed signup holds nothing and is not counted toward the 1,000.
• You must be 16 or older.
• One place per person and per email address. Duplicates are removed.
• The discount is personal to you. It is not transferable and has no cash value.

4. Dates that matter

• Signup window: from publication of this page until early access opens.
• Counting deadline: 25 August 2026 at 06:59:59 UTC. The verified count at that instant decides whether the cohort gets 25% or 50%.
• Early access opens: 25 August 2026 at 07:00 UTC. Access links are emailed to verified members.
• Redemption window: your discount must be applied to a subscription started within 30 days of receiving your access link.

Confirmation links themselves expire 72 hours after they are sent. An expired link is not a lost place — submit your address again and a fresh link is issued.

5. How the counter works

The number shown on the homepage is the live count of confirmed members read from the database at the moment the page loads. It is not seeded, padded, or accelerated. If the count cannot be read, the site says so rather than showing a number it cannot stand behind. Signups judged to be automated, duplicated, or from disposable addresses are removed and the counter drops accordingly.

6. If the cohort fills

Once 1,000 members are verified, the 50% tier is locked in for everyone already confirmed. Later signups are welcome and still receive the confirmed cohort discount described in clause 2, subject to any capacity limit announced at the time.

7. What the offer is not

• It is not a payment, a deposit, or a purchase. Nothing is charged to join.
• It is not a guarantee of any specific feature at launch.
• It cannot be combined with another promotional discount on the same subscription.
• It is not a lifetime price. It covers three months.

8. Referrals

Each verified member receives a referral code. Referrals are credited when the person you invited confirms their own address. Codes shared through spam, paid traffic, or automation are void, along with the referrals credited to them.

9. Changes and withdrawal

If circumstances outside reasonable control require it, the promoter may amend these terms or withdraw the promotion. In that event, verified members will be notified by email, and any discount already earned by a verified member before the change will be honoured.

10. Privacy

Addresses collected for this promotion are handled as described in the privacy notice. They are used for the campaign and for your access link, and are not sold or passed to advertisers.

11. General

These promotion terms sit alongside the terms of use and take precedence over them on any point specific to this offer. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
