Using this site means accepting what follows. The specific rules of the discount offer live in the Founding 1,000 promotion terms, which take precedence over this page wherever the two touch.

1. What this site is

This is the public website for BurnCal AI, an AI-assisted calorie and habit tracker. Today the site does two things: it explains the product, and it takes early-access signups for the Founding 1,000 cohort. The application itself lives at app.burncalai.com and is governed by its own terms, which you accept when you create an account there.

2. Early access is not a purchase

Joining the Founding 1,000 costs nothing and charges nothing. No card is collected on this site. Confirming your email address reserves a place and a discount rate; it does not create a subscription, and it does not oblige you to start one when early access opens on 25 August 2026.

3. Your signup

• Use an email address you control. Signing someone else up is not permitted.
• One place per person. Duplicate or automated signups will be removed and do not count toward the 1,000.
• You must be 16 or older.
• We may remove a signup that appears to be automated, disposable, or part of an attempt to inflate the counter, and may decline to issue an access link on that basis.

4. Referrals

Your referral code is for sharing with people you actually know. Posting it to spam channels, buying traffic for it, or generating signups by any automated means voids the referrals credited to it and may cost you your own place. Referral tallies count confirmed members only.

5. Product statements are forward-looking

Features described on this site — the AI coach, meal logging, photo and barcode scanning, meal planning, progress, streaks, and badges — describe what BurnCal AI is being built to do. Scope, behaviour, and timing can change before and after early access. Nothing here is a contractual commitment to ship a specific feature on a specific date.

6. Estimates are estimates

BurnCal AI produces estimates of energy intake and expenditure from published reference data and from what you record. Real physiology varies between people and from day to day, and photo recognition of food is inherently approximate. Treat every figure as a well-informed estimate rather than a measurement.

7. Not medical advice

BurnCal AI is a general wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and nothing it produces is medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to how you eat or train, and especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating.

8. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Attempt to gain access to the owner dashboard or any non-public endpoint.
• Probe, scan, or load-test this site or its APIs without written permission.
• Scrape the site or its endpoints in bulk, or attempt to enumerate member data.
• Interfere with the accuracy of the verified-member counter.

9. Intellectual property

The BurnCal AI name, the mark, the copy, and the design of this site belong to BurnCal AI. You may share links to it freely; you may not reproduce the site or present it as your own.

10. Availability

The site is provided as-is and as-available. It may be offline for maintenance, and the signup endpoint may be briefly unavailable. If the database is unreachable, the counter is shown as unavailable rather than guessed at.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BurnCal AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes affecting confirmed members will be announced by email before taking effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
